As many folks here may know, the 79 Golden Hall show is one of my faves, with the monster China/Rider opener; well, this one three years later doesn't suck too much either. Boys are clicking and Jerry is in fine spirits (anytime you get a TLEO you know he's in the mood). Throw in a monster second set with a surprise Big Railroad Blues and you've got a keeper.

This aud is pretty damn good. Mix, however, is a little off (especially in the beginning). They have a litte trouble getting the vocals right, but that resolves. Bobby is low in the mix, but Jerry is crystal clear and diamond sharp.

Have some time this AM? Depressed about the financial clusterf**k in DC? Well, click PLAY and let your worries fade away.

been really enjoying the early 80's and Golden Hall seems to be a venue that they really gave it a good'un. Will be there after the 72 TDIH.
